Staying motivated is very important if you want to achieve your fitness goals, Many people lose their motivation because they don’t have the right information. Without the proper information and knowledge you will reduce your chances of reaching your goals.
Some days I don’t feel like going the gym, so I may give myself the day off, or I’ll go and complete my workout as quick as possible, sometimes I spend as little as 25 – 30 minutes in the gym, I can get a very good workout in that time and I always feel better for doing it.
